Awful customer service.

I have never experienced such a bad customer service situation in all my years. In december is 2019 I put my membership on hold for 3 months. Covid hit in Match of 2020 shutting down the gym. The gym charged me for December of 2029, January and February even though it was on hold. Ok, no big deal when the gym opened they were to owe me 3 months without charging me. They charged me for $420.00 without even letting me know so I had the charges reversed. They still owed me 3 months. Then 2 days later they cancelled my membership. I never asked for this but somehow its my fault. No recorded convo of me cancelling. Now I had to sign a 12 month, pay again and have to sing a contract. Or I cant have my 4 months. At this point I just want my 4 months back I already paid for. I never ccld. It was their mistake and I am having to pay for it. Cant be fixed stated Robert from my gym. His hands are tied? Why would I cancel a membership when I had my 3 months coming back to me? I never did. Thats how. User's recommendation: Don’t join this gym. They have no integrity.
