Hello, I have sent a pair of shoes back to Floryday 28.6.21 as they were not suitable. Prior sending the shoes back I e-mailed Floryday for returns information with no help at all as Floryday claim they have no proof of my initial purchase. I also logged into my account but no orders were found ??? I have proof I paid for the shoes, and of returns also. Please can you help with my refund as I feel I am being ignored? I can provide photographic evidence to support my payment to Floryday and for my refund enquiry.
