Awaiting promised return shipping label promised to me at least on 5-6 occasions it wasw never provided

This is the last message you have sent me. From approx 10 days after I received this unit, you have verbally telling me that you are sending me a shipping label. You have not done so. Now your telling me I have to pay for return myself. I have recorded each telephone call I have had with KALORIK telling me that I will receive a shipping label within an hour and that a manager would also return my calls shortly. That never happened, Thank You for your information below however, when I informed your company of the extreme smoke problem with this unit over the telephone they promised me a return shipping label after which they would deduct from my refund. They advised that the cost to you for the shipping label would be far less than it will be for me. On more than 4 or 5 occasions they advised the shipping label would be sent to md within an hour, it never came. I have the promise for a shipping label recorded on my cell phone and will use that information if necessary. I don.t want to send this back just to send it back, it is dangerous setting my smoke alarms off and leaving a terrible odor I our new home. Please send the shipping label as promised.
