The company has an archaic system on line in which you cannot look at your balance live. The mainframe looks like a 9th grader designed it. I called the phone system and was told that I owed 1,000 They put the payment for February and March together, when I spoke to the customer service rep after hitting "0." He stated that I only owed 500 plus change. I asked if he saw my auto pay online , he said no pay was set up, so I paid on line. Today, there was 1,000 dedicated, overdrawing my account, I switched money from my savings over, to cover and called. He could not figure out what happened, This company is incompetent. The customer service lacking, computer system -totally 80's
