After being warned not to buy in a neighborhood built by Meritage Homes and also reading the horrible reviews, we used them. What a mistake! All of the one star reviews you see are accurate. Entire neighborhoods are filled with homes falling apart after just 1 year. They hire so many cheap contractors without checking on them, the work is just poor. Insulation missing in walls, building debris buried in yard, rude employees, not honoring warranty, cracked foundations that leak, etc. just a bad builder and bad company all around. Avoid avoid avoid.
