AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Before considering to buy any of their Dahua security cameras, me and my wife contacted their sales department where by we were then told how would need to contact their technical support making certain that we are buying the right cameras for our particular system. The sales department transferred us to their tech department and sure enough a BARELY-SPEAKING-ENGLISH tech support rep answered. We were very spevidiv to to tell him how we already have a Dahua XVR hybrid DVR whereby provides the user to connect both wired and wireless cameras to it at the same time. We then explained how we will be using 2 wired cameras which will connected to the XVR by BNC cable and the cameras attached directly to the outside wall of our house, and then there will be 4 wireless cameras that have to be used because our garage and barn is not attached to the house and we are not going to dig ditches through our yard in order to lay down conduit and run the wires out to the cameras thus why we're using wireless cameras on the garage and barn. We also made it very clear that our pc is connected to our router with an ethernet cable and the XVR DVR is connect to the same router with an ethernet cable thus we DO NOT have a wifi router which can be used to receive the signals from the wireless cameras and we need the wireless antenna receivers that connect to the back of the XVR DVR in order for their to be something that picks up the signals from the wireless cameras and transmits that signal into the XVR DVR whereby it can then record the camera footage from the wireless cameras. The CCTV tech emailed us today saying the message was in regards to our conversation we had on the phone with him the previous day, and he actually said we don't need any wireless antenna receivers because all we have to do is to turn on the option for wireless cameras on our NVR.... HEY STUPID RETARDS at CCTV.net, WE MADE IT UNDENIABLY CLEAR AND REPEATED IT SEVERAL TIMES ON THE PHONE WITH YOU HOW WE DONT HAVE AN NVR AND THAT WE HAVE AN XVR DVR THAT DONT HAVE THE WIRELESS ANTENNAS THAT COME WITH IT LIKE MANY OF THE NVR's DO! We are SO SICK of these HALF *** companies who employ BARELEY-SPEAKING-ENGLISH POORLY-TRAINED INCOMPETENT DUMB AZZES who have a CONSISTENT difficult time PAYING ATTENTION to the CLEAR INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE THEM and then THEM BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE a RELIABLE response thus IS NOT by ANY means worth having called them for help!!! Microsoft, Dell, and COUNTLESS other business are more and more employing DUMB-AZZ POORLY-TRAINED BARELY-SPEAKS-ENGLISH customer service help that we are clueless as to why there hasn't been anything done to hold these MOST-OFTEN-TIMES USELESS and otherwise POOR EXCUSES for customer service reps, accountable for such DEPLORABLE customer service!!! and we will add that NO, this is not the only issue we had with CCTV.net's customer service giving us EXTREMELY poor information and even flat out FALSE or otherwise GROSSLY MISLEADING information!
