Avoid the Total Training Online Education site

I just wanted to warn people to avoid the Total Training online educational services. It's a bit ironic that they are offering technical training but appear to be a bit clueless re. providing robust web based training. I was using a fairly standard configuration (Mac OS X 10.5.8 and Firefox 5.0.1) and they were unable to provide support re. allowing me to view the trainings. After getting a few canned emails from tech support about making sure I had all the proper plug-ins installed and enabled (I did) I finally got what seemed like a response from a human, to use their beta version for Mac users (which said it was meant for users of OS X Lion and/or Safari 5.1, neither of which was the case for me). This, not unexpectedly, resulted in some strange error that no one responded to. Instead, the next day I go canned message saying "Hello Young Karl,..., what browser are you using,..." (name is Karl Young). I persevered a little farther, recounting the sequence of steps and suggestions from the previous day and asking if there were further suggestions but just received the message "At this time no, the beta player is our currently working solution and has been successful for 99% of the users." at which point I gave up and decided to pursue getting a refund (which may itself be nontrivial - we'll see how the retailer reacts).
