Avoid purchasing Columbia sportswear

I placed an order on November 28th of '20. Received email confirmation that order has been received and was processed. Ok. So far so good. Then it began: another email with shipment confirmation was sent on December 2nd. After that...silence. As of December 15th, order has not been received. Attempted to reach customer service via email, but email was returned due to "undeliverable." Then I resorted to live chat; but it took an hour to get a response from "virtual assistant" that finally replied "all agents are busy."...I am speechless at this point. Go with North Face. Columbia products quality are on the par with their customer service.
