Avoid like the plague. Charges my credit card but can’t name the service I’m using

I found a charge for $34.95 that I could not account for. I discovered that Yahoo Small Business has been billing me this charge for years. When I called them, they couldn't tell me what the service was for. The promised not to bill my card again, but would not refund me for the most recent charge or prior year's charges. They are not legit.
