This company needs to get its act together as far as scheduling and customer service. The owner has NO IDEA how to deal with clients who're paying $20,000 - $40,000 for custom bathrooms and custom kitchens in the Cleveland Ohio area. They did our bathroom and their contractors wouldn't show up on time. If you complain because you took the day off to let them in your house, their scheduler will tell you that there's really nothing she can do. Go elsewhere; you WILL regret dealing with this company. There are other Cleveland bathroom remodelers who care about their clients.
