Told by them I needed a visa for a holiday in Dubai which is a lie, missold and having problems getting refund. System impossible to use , so they never processed the visa just kept saying application was on hold . When asking for a refund they say it is linked to authorities which it cant be as, they keep rejecting the forms I sent . Now found 23 other complaints about this companies practises, the Emerite authorities need to be made aware of this practise
