Order [protected]. Refund request Ref. [protected] first lodged 28/02/21. AVG Support replied same date the refund was approved for processing and took 7 days to appear in my bank acc. Now 2wks and despite several requests, still no refund. The only AVG responses were an auto "saved message" saying the refund was already paid by its distributor (Digital River). If this was true, why failed to provide requested evidence to show which acc. the money was returned to. No one care respond nor information provided. AVG staff must be lying and no one is making the effort to follow-up matter with DR. There is no support at all. Also it is very hard to contact AVG using its email. The auto no-reply saying "messages not delivered, the system can't identify requests, as no ticket". Don't know what ticket, its all excuses and not willing to help. But I always quote Order and Request Ref. numbers. Poor customer service. Sorry your system can't accept information sent by PDF. Please help. Thank you
