Gave a deposit to purchase a car to Auto Nation Ford St Petersburg on March 15th. Could not purchase car and;;;;;; requested a refund of deposit on March 17th. The salesman indicated he would take care of it. Eight days later after Numerous phone calls and messages NO REFUND RECEIVED. Spoke with the GM Bruce Heath today in person who would not accept responsibility and made excuses placing blame elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE CROOKS !!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM AUTONATION FORD ST PETERSBURG.
