My problem is that once husqvarna has gotten your money, all they want to do is deny any blame and refer you to someone else. I have at least 10 calls for different issues and only 1 time did I actually receive assistance. That is not an exaggeration. User's recommendation: Check your dealer and rep for your area. Makes a difference. My rep was nonexistent.
