My daughter has a 2014 dodge Dart which has been in the service dept numerous times but that's another compliant. She took her car to the Automax in Shawnee ok.because she was having tranmission problems the staff ignore her then when she did get someones attention he made a smart remark they said it would be a week or more before they could even look at her car she asked if they had something she could drive in the mean time the answer was no i felt they didnt want to help her at all she has a young child and a job her car couldnt be tied up that long without having something else to drive.we decide to have it towed 30 miles to the shop she would have gone to in the first place if her car was able to. so after the non customer service we recieved from automax we would rather pay for towing. when she got it to the new place he said it may be a couple of days before he could get to it but they arranged for her a rental car. The customer service was great here at David Stanley in midwest city ok. i will not go to automax again nor buy a car from them. The customer service need to improve greatly
