Automatic car payment debit

I have been trying since the begining of january to get this bank to auto debit my autoloan from my bank account. First person was the rudest guy I ever spoke to. I sent paperwork with all my info on it which is now missing, and was told twice I was all set but I wasn't. Resent paperwork then was told I was all set again but guess what I wasnt!! Then they had the nerve to charge me a fee to make my payment over the phone even though I've been trying to set up autopay. Now its 3 months later and I still have to go into a branch and make my payment because guess what its still not set up. Im done with this bank I will be transfering my loan asap.
