Auto renewal of contract

We are in the same boat. We are a RingCentral partner. Phone service has been great but we decided recently to save some money during the pandemic and we ported our #'s out and deployed in house pbx. Called to cancel to be told we were under contract through 2023. It's time to move all of our customers out. If I fulfill my contract I should roll month to month. Have the ability to negotiate for a better deal, move on, upgrade or downgrade. I instantly sold all my ringcentral stock and will block their invoices to my credit card if they do not resolve and move all our clients to another solution. User's recommendation: avoid, read contracts and make sure you aren't agreeing to autorenew.
