Auto loan payoff

Nothing happened just needed some info on the car loan. But I am really appalled by the email I got regarding "Pissed Customer" . Thats so rude to say it that way I wasn't pissed but I am now and I'm very glad that he is paying off the loan and will go elsewhere for further loans. You need to change the "pissed customer" saying. NOT COOL JUST RUDE. SIGNED I WASNT A PISSED CUSTOMER BUT NOW I AM!! User's recommendation: NOPE.
