On April 25, 2021, my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident at the Greens point Mall. Filed a claim with my auto insurance Progressive. I was informed by Maria Loera that since I made recent changes to my policy my coverage was pending! What the F! If I'm being charged for Auto Insurance and my coverage wasn't pending when I was charged, why is it now? User's recommendation: Don't Use Progressive they don't have your best interest!
