AuraMatic Spells Bad Business

I purchased a item from Auramatic that was suppose to make me these fun custom bloomers, but they failed to do so by sending me the item that had already been made that was listed on the shop page. The item fits snug and they are stating that I did not give them correct measurements. What is so annoying is I spend hundreds of dollars per month shopping on-line, and know EXACTLY what my measurements are not to mention I am a designer so I can use a measuring tape blind folded. There is an additional charge for custom bloomers that she failed to collect from me due to her not following through, and she says in her e-mail that she sent me what was on the page. that means she did not make them custom for me because she was too lazy to follow-up, messed up my order, and is now claiming they are custom to keep from issuing my refund. The owner of the shop went balistic when I left feedback on her shop page that it took me 21 days to get a item that she knew wouldn't fit properly. This vile woman e-mailed me all bent out of shape telling me to go to Wal-mart, and then maybe I would get better customer service there. The fact of the matter is this woman messed up, but yet would like to portray her shop as 100% perfect for future potential customers. I should not have to be intimidated by a shop owner, because I was honest about my shopping experience on her shop page. This business uses Etsy's web- site in which to sell their items, and they know that if they stick to their "These were custom made" defense than the item cannot be returned. The shop owner e-mailed me with a proposal to *** the negative feedback first, and she will issue me a refund after she see's that the feedback has been removed, because she does not trust that I will remove the feedback. I sent the item back, and she still has my money, yet she is the one unwilling to give me my refund back, and has both. Soooo, she insults me again that she does not trust me even thou she has lied, took more time than promised, and has sent me not one, but 2 nasty e-mails. I used PayPal for my purchase, so I have filed a claim through them because Etsy will not get involved in sellers, and buyers disputes. People if you come across AuraMatic go the other way, because this owner makes mistakes that you must dig down further in your pocket to repair. I gave her my measurements, so I would not have to pay postage to send the item back and forth, yet she feels as if I should do so and then give her positive feedback. This owner will not allow her customer's to use the feedback on Etsy's site the proper way, because she feels entitled regardless to how your shopping experience was. The bloomers are suppose to have a loose comfortable fit, so this was not a item that I needed to be fit for. The owner is making bloomers, not custom designer dresses. I purchase 80% of my clothing on-line, and never have to send clothing back because I know my measurements. I also know what should not be purchased on-line for a more custom fit. Bottomline the owner is vile, and this has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
