Had account banned after missed payment due to system lockout and when I contacted to see how I could pay I received no reply. Opened a new account after this and was immediately banned despite no missed payments. When contacted customer service was told that there is no way to enable my account. I use this auction for my work as a Set Decorator, and am now paying a price for their poor technology which does not allow for payment on the 3rd day payment is due, and changes passwords without user permission leading to a locked account. They just need to enable auto-pay!
