They have not contacted me regarding the communication sent through you, however i was able to find the site to generate a refund request. They said they would honor that it if i sent the item and form back to them. It was not an easy process to generate the form but I finally got it and mailed this afternoon. AME User's recommendation: Save original communications in order to know info in "My Account" needed for a return.
