Decided to stop using TruGreen this upcoming season. Ignored their prepay letters. Just received an auto message that they are going to service my lawn tomorrow even though I did not sign up or prepay. Have called every phone number the list to talk to a live person. I keep getting a message that the wait time is two to two and a half hours before they'll talk to me. Fine print on the back of the prepay letter states that if they do not hear from me, they'll automatically continue the service. Really? Is that legal?
