Overall, I would say that I have had mostly positive experiences in dealing with Delta Community Credit Union. However, the newer branch in Snellville, GA, needs to make some adjustments in regards to their ATM. About fifty percent of the time, that I have had to make a deposit at this ATM, “the machine was not accepting cash deposits at the time”. It’s extremely frustrating because the next closest location is in Suwanee, GA which is 12 miles away! That is absolutely ridiculous that anyone would have to drive an additional 20 minutes out of the way just to make cash deposits in the ATM. The weekends are the worst! On a side note, this location could stand to either hire sufficient staffing or stay open until 1 pm. It is nothing to go into this location on a Saturday morning and see the line almost out the door. Delta community really needs to consider putting up a free standing ATM or even another branch somewhere in between these locations to serve its growing customer base. In my past experience, limitations to access of banking facilities/services caused me to take my business elsewhere. I’m hoping that DCCU brings a quick resolution to this significant issue.
