Atm didn’t despense any of my money.

I went to a cardtronics atm in sanford nc. I tried to take out 100. And it charged me 3.50 for the transaction. So it took out 103.50 out of my account. But didnt despense any money. I called my bank and cardtronics. They said it would take up to 10 business days to get it back in my account. Here it is the 7th business day. And still not back in my account.
