Associate name calling of customer
I asked very nicely if associate was checking out she ignored me and continued taking to the same associate i then asked what her name was and she ignored me so i asked someone else she said bianca i believe she then called me a MONKEY which i take as a racial slur as I am am WHITE there was no reason for her to call me a MONKEY none at all this person SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT YOUR COMPANY PERIOD. I WILL BE CONTRACTING LEGAL ADVICE ON THIS. THis is the first time i have ever been in your store. And am very disappointed with this situation I was in your store at 5:49 pm this evening i have an extreme bad taste for this name calling by a member of your staff this is a very disgraceful experience for me as well as uncalled for no reason for this experience word of mouth can have bad effects on a business especially with a RACIAL SLUR
