I was ready to check out and desperately had to *** unfortunately I forgot my wallet in my car. I ran out to get it when an employee ruthlessly hit me, scratched my arm, and drawing blood. I was so shocked and frightened I jumped in my car and escaped. I've reached out to Michaels to inquire on what I should do. No response yet. User's recommendation: Joann's is much better.
