Asking for refunds five months after service
I received medical services in September 2017. BCBS of Texas. Five months later BCBS mailing all my providers wanting a refund. Multiple phone calls to BCBS unable to get a straight answer as to why? Called first time, get one explanation. Call second and third time get different answers. Business practices seem to be disorganized, confused and non transparent which is concerning to me both as a consumer and customer of BCBS of texas. It seems to me that a huge insurance company would have a better handle on their business Needless to say I will be taking my insurance business elsewhere
