Asked to cancel my subscription and they still take money from me

Last September I noticed Meetmindful was taking money from my account and I corresponded with hello@***.com and asked they stop doing so. I never use their service. I haven't touched it in over a year. And they still keep charging me. They suggested I give it as a gift and that it was autorenewed. Please help me. You are crooks. User's recommendation: Stay away from meetmindful.
