Would like to get a quote on Home Owners Insurance and then maybe bundle it to my already existing auto insurance plan. User's recommendation: Get ready to play the get nowhere game. I called this company today and spoke to 4 different agents only to be put on hold or disconnected 3 times and on the third call was told they needed to have I.T. clean up and reboot the the system from an Error prompt they keep getting and I was told at 12:25 pm that they would call me back in an hour with a quote but never returned the call. Just like I had to wait 9 weeks for the log bed I purchased on line. Agreement said 3 to 4 weeks plus 10 working days they finally shipped it to a town near me 3 days ago and I actually received it at 9 am this morning.
