I was stuck with Mid Penn as my trustee for the SNT my mother’s poor excuse lawyer elected. My mother passed almost 3 years ago and now trustee won’t reyrn my phone calls or medical providers who contact them. I’m now stuck paying my co-pays and getting numerous bills from medical providers and supplies needed that trustee is to be responsible for. I am in the process of locating a lawyer to represent me to have this trustee removed from handling my funds and to locate a more reputable and proper trustee that will work in my best interest.
