Original review updated by user Mar 31, 2021 I purchased a canvas artsy bag about five years ago from the LV store in Neiman Marcus Houston galleria and they were fantastic. I loved that bag it was my first LV. I had the bag for about 3 years when the lining began coming apart I took it back to Neimans and not only did they offer to send it in for repair they allowed me to return the bag and use the money paid towards any other bag. Of course I upgraded to the artsy epi leather and its been a wonderful experience since then. User's recommendation: I would recommend.
