Arlo should be fined and removed from the market.

Arlo blocks your account unless you sign up for 2 stage log ins. Arlo has no customer support and you can never get an answer from them for any problem or question. They should be fined and removed from any type of sales. Terrible company and the product is on barely adequate. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from this company.
