ARCO on Riverside and Cirby in Roseville CA. Many cars were waiting for pumps and some girl was busy talking with another customer after finished pumping gas. I asked her to move on so that others could have a turn. She told me to "[censored] off entitled white [censored]" so I went inside to complain to the cashier. The cashier went out and started laughing with the rude customer. This was very upsetting as she is then encouraging the racist hate speech. When I came out of the am/pm the rude customer accused me of being entitled white racist. I never said anything about race!!! She was the one using hate speech against me. The girl was acting like a prostitute and yelling profanity at me. Feel free to review cameras . This occurred on July11 at approximately 3:30 pm. It was very upsetting. I will not go to this ARCO again. I have photos of the cashier for identification purposes. but a shift schedule should also reveal to you who the lady cashier was that sided with the rude customer who was keeping many others from pumping gas. I will also post this on YELP and Facebook. It was extremely upsetting.
