I went to Mavis Tire located at 1011 McFarland Blvd., Northport, Alabama on Monday 7-12-21 and was asked to come back the following morning at 8 am the next morning, the store manager Scott, asked me to come back the next morning and he would get me in first thing. The next morning, 7-14-21 I was there again at 8 am. Scott was not there and I told them I had an appointment for 8 and was told it would be 2 hours. I expressed my disapponitment and told I had purchased tires from this location since 1972. Told they could make an appointment, but what good would that do. I told them that I would not return and buy my tires from someone else. Dissatisfied Customer at for 8 am
