Application of credit card

Applied for a $99 jet blue credit card on a jet blue flight from Cancun to Fort Lauderdale on June 15th. We handed the application to a crew member. Applicants are Linda Alinovi and Charles Mapes. We have not heard back yet. Friends that mailed their applications have already gotten their new credit card. Can you please tell us the status of our application
