Appalling service as always.

They say they're delivering, then decide they can't find us. Many attempts to advise them of what the problem is (our postcode was changed 18 months ago by Royal Mail, but they have failed to update their scheduling and put our parcels on the wrong round) are accepted by their web chat agents.....and then ignored. We're up to a third attempt on the latest parcel, but no real confidence in its arrival after the web chat conversation which gave the impression that they don't really understand or care. Oh - and don't call them on their number - it's automated and fails to address specific problems. User's recommendation: Avoid any retailer who uses Yodel to deliver.
