Appalling customer service!

I ordered a dog shoulder bag from doggy market on 9th January - for which I received immediate confirmation of order and - on the same day - of shipping. However, according to their tracking information, the item has to date (6th February) still not even left USA (I am in Germany). I wrote to them on 1 February complaining of shipping situation only to receive generic reply to my complaint that they would look into shipping and one week later still no reply - wrote and complained again and was told they were still "following up" my shipment !! ?? DO NOT order from this company ! You will get better service and response elsewhere. Will never order from them again!
