Ridiculous cowboys. The worst of the worst. I ordered several nice items from them. Never received anything. It's been two months since I placed the order and I contacted them numerous times just to hear that everything is ok, the items are on their way. They also said that the company usually ships items within 4-5 weeks. It's crazy. Are the items handmade or what? Why does it take soooooooooo long? Anyway, I am very disappointed that the customer service ignores my issue, avoids me and is absolutely useless and unhelpful. Horrible.
