App is a failure. Service is meh.

Ever since I've been using the app which is about 5 years now, it skipped adding points here & there. Now, points are vaporizing 20 at a time AND after scanning my last 2 orders ($18 & $15), which were both burnt on the crust & raw in the middle, the points never showed up. YES, I tried typing in the numbers...Sometimes there's a nice mgr. & sometimes there's not. They just give me an order of "Sorry about ya." Last week, even after those last 2 orders weren't credited, I had 120 points & was planning to pick up a pie on Fri. NOW, I have 101 points & an email yesterday said that 3 points are expiring tomorrow. Sayonara, Blaze.

Hire and train better staff. Hire train managers who are cheerful and nice. Give me my pizza that I earned.
