Received reminder and invoice within 24hrs. Don't want product. Told have to wait 7 - 10 business days for refund. Asked why as this is an unauthorised transaction. Requested to make a complaint asked for operative to read back complaint as per complaint proceedure in every business. Informed the operative that this will be in the script as I have trained call centre operatives. As a result she put phone down. There is no need for me to wait for a refund they can reverse the transaction. This is blatant money grabbing. I don't want the product as there is no middle way. Either one computer cover or 10. I have been fleeced of £74.99 without the opportunity to cancel. I attempted to do so but the site would not allow me to do so unless I provided information that it refused to recognise. I'm expected to give notice but they completed the entire transaction in 12 hrs of the reminder. This is unfair business practice. The only recourse is to contact my bank if the money is not returned and identify it as an unauthorised transaction.
