Keeping it short. Verbally you will hear "cancel anytime" but verbally will neglect to say you will pay for about 65% of remaining services not completed. As a banker i watched other bankers use such tactics. At the end of the day a court could see it as "unjust enrichment". There is no way they were damaged that much.
