Why can't there be a ZERO STARS rating? I am a current resident. Along with me (65 years old), we have an 84 year old woman and a 53 year old man living here in the DFW Metroplex of Texas. Heat indices have been and will continue to be above 100 degrees for some time. Our air conditioner went out overnight Tuesday night. I reported the issue to Invitation Homes at 7AM Wednesday morning. When do they say they will send somebody out? Friday (tomorrow), Instead of escalating the matter to emergency which would guarantee 24 hour service, it's merely flagged as urgent which allows their A/C vendor 72 hours. See my other post about Invitation Homes. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER RENTING FROM INVITATION HOMES IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A HUMAN BEING AS THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU LIKE ONE. User's recommendation: RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
