The Pizza Hut on Cullen BLVD is horribly managed. I have lived at my address for over five years. Forced to order from the same location on Cullen BLVD. Always takes hours to get my food . Always ! I watch the tracker on the Pizza Hut app. And the food comes more than an hour after the original time it was supposed to. How can Pizza Hut charge you a delivery fee and when you pay with a card make you tip upfront and then they bring your food hours later without the ability for the customer to adjust the tip. Or waive that delivery fee. I will not order from Pizza Hut ever again! User's recommendation: Investigate this location to get a better management team and staff.
