Hello! I'm a new user and just created my account on Letgo and posted item for sell and accidentally clicked on bump (just wanted to see what is that and get more informationon that) and was charged right away $11.99! I'm very upset and frustrated about this charge. I have been trying to resolve this issue since August 23 and still not able to get any help!!! Please refund my $11.99!
