An open letter to Alex Trebek
1
Dear Alex, I feel as if I know you because I've been watching Jeopardy for many decades. Hey, I love ya' man! But whoever came up with the format for the All-Stars series of shows should be fired and banned from ever working on a game show again. I DOUBLE DOG HATE the format for the All-Stars programs. Here's why. 1. It's too freaking complicated. There's no crying in baseball, there are no teams in Jeopardy. When you spend most of the time in your half -hour explaining, you've taken a wrong turn. 2. I don't want the people on Jeopardy to have any personality. I want them bland, wearing v-neck sweaters or cardigans. I definitely don't want the contestants wearing designer suits, bow ties or dresses with cut-outs. For me, Jeopardy is, and always should be about the questions and categories NOT THE CELEBRITY CONTESTANTS. I HATE THESE PROGRAMS! 3. The All-stars should be like the tournament of champions or the teachers. PLEASE, NO FREAKING TEAMS!!!!!!!!
