When I called customer service they told me that the oven could not be repaired or replaced. I thought cuisinart was a quality name for this product and the product would last more then 2 years especially since it has not been used very much and still looks like new. I would not advise anyone to purchase and cuisinart products as the company doesnt stand by their products. A product that cost $200 should last a little longer or cuisinart should repair it. I dont understand why a quality item cannot be repaired. The customer service was no help at all and the supervisor was very rude And said nothing can be done to help this situation. User's recommendation: Do not purchase cuisinart products.
