Update by user Oct 28, 2020 To date NOTHING has happened, which is worrying. Original review posted by user Sep 28, 2020 My amplifier has been with the local Harman Kardon Dealer since February after the protect message was on the digital screen, it was returned to me in and the same protect message on screen and immediately returned to you early March. It has been with you for SEVEN MONTHS and this week I was told that the mother board I bought a Harman Kardon amplifier from you a few years back. Over the past 6 years I had: - One burnt mother board which led me to buy a NEW Harman Kardon amplifier - July 2017 A second burnt mother board - August 2018 A Third burnt Mother board After above I bought a UPS, unconnected the TV and everything from the amplifier except a Bluetooth receiver bought from you. - February 2020 - after 18 months the mother board is burnt again, despite above steps Do note that I have another amplifier next to the Harman Kardon which has been working fine for the past 20 years ! I would like to read you as over the years I bought the equivalent of 3 amplifier and the problem is recurrent. Regards
