Amount debited but still no confirmation from Tapzo

Hi I have made a booking of flight today only after making the successful payment I got the message from bank from the screen of Tapzo App got blank with error message Internal Server Error, already twitted the issue and Email but no response, as there is no customer care number os tapzo app so I am not able to get the update on same, literally I was afraid to use Tapzo app for flight booking but even though I trust you and see what I got from Tapzo, either I want my booking confirmation mail or I want my refund back, because of you guys I am unable to book another flight.
