Amerigas is stonewalling us

We have an automatic delivery contract with Amerigas at a fixed rate. The wholesale price of propane has gone up, and so Amerigas is not delivering because they will lose money. Our tank has been empty a week now and we call them every day and they say a truck is on the way and we'll get the gas that day, but they never show up.
